Running Installer programs

Instructions for Windows Users

You may use the Installer in two ways; Run or Save.

1. If "Run" is chosen, the Installer.exe file runs.
Select 'OK' and choose the destination on your Hard Disk to store a Folder containing the product. A Folder will be copied to the destination of your choice and all files will be copied to the correct locations for use.

2. If "Save" is chosen, a Save As dialog is displayed.
If a 'Downloads' window appears, you may double-click the downloaded file. Otherwise, navigate to a place where you would like to store the exectable file. Save the executable file to your Hard Disk. You may then double-click the Installer file to run it anytime later.

If there is an issue where the Anti-virus progam or System security prevents download or quarantines the downloaded file, it may be triggered because the file is attempting to RUN even though it has not yet been Saved. This activity looks suspicious to anti-virus software. The solution generally is the SAVE the file first, then RUN.

When the Installer is running, select OK and choose the destination on your Hard Disk to store a Folder containing the product. The Installer will guide you through all the steps necessary to place files in correct locations.
