Where is the Download Now link
CONFIRMATION EMAILSAfter purchasing downloadable products online, an on-screen confirmation is immediately displayed.
For card purchases, a short time later (2 minutes-2 hours) you will receive TWO emails:
Receipt for Purchase
(PRINT this email as it provides your Accounts Dep't with the necessary proof of purchase).
Product Information for Purchase
(This email contains the 'Download Now' link to your product.
This link is temporary and should not be relied on for downloading after day of receipt).
Locate this email and follow its instructions to download and install the product.
Other forms of payment (Cheque/Wire Transfer) get a different on-screen PAYMENT FORM displayed for printing.
Follow its instructions to send your payment to KAGI. Allow up to 14 days at most to receive delivery.
Whatever method of payment is chosen, delivery of the product is made in the same way by email.
When a 'Product Information for Purchase' email is received, click the 'Download Now' link as shown below.
