Removing VAT from your purchase

The European Commission website is used by Kagi to validate VAT numbers during your purchase.

The site is sometimes taken out of public use for maintanence at different times, in each EU Country. So, if your VAT number cannot be verified during your purchase, please go ahead and make your purchase as normal.

When your emailed receipt entitled Thanks for your purchase is received, you may then email Kagi at kagiVatAndTax@kagi.com
to request a refund of the VAT.

Please remember to quote YOUR VAT NUMBER and all details from the 'Thanks for your purchase' receipt which includes the Transaction ID, Date, Name of purchaser etc. so that Kagi can correctly identify your purchase.

Kagi will manually check with the EU to validate your VAT number and make the refund.
