If all else fails

If an error message is received again and you wish to start over, use the "Unlocking successful... OK" button.

PLEASE NOTE that "Unlocking successful" ... OK button means the procedure was successful. It does not necessarily mean the correct CD Drive or password were entered. It means the program went through the phases to complete successfully.

Then select "Continue unlocking fonts" to go to the window that displays all products to start the unlocking procedure again. Select the item (for example S101W) checkbox again, the password should still be visible. If it is not, renter it. Click Unlock and supply the destination when prompted until unlocking is completely successful.

If these steps have failed to unlock your item successfully, please seek technical support.
